What/Where: 2BR, 1BA co-op in Boerum Hill

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,068

Part of a three-story, red brick building in Boerum Hill, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home opens up into a spacious living room. Here, there are two large windows that look out on to the street, a wood-burning fireplace, and tons of built-in shelving.

The kitchen is located across from the living room, and comes with stainless steel appliances including a large cooking range, and a dishwasher. There’s also tons of cabinetry here and a marble kitchen island that provides additional seating and counter space.

The apartment’s bedrooms are located on the other end of the unit. The master bedroom is particularly spacious, and comes with a closet and a wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent bedroom can either be used as a home office or is ideal as a kids room.

The bathroom is located in between the bedrooms and the living room and features marble tiling, a soaking tub, and additional closet space. There’s also a washer & dryer in the apartment and residents in this unit have access to basement storage, and development rights for half of the roof. So, with all of that in mind, how much do you think this place is asking?
