Big reveal: $899K for a Boerum Hill co-op with 2 wood-burning fireplaces

The asking price for this week’s Pricespotter apartment—a two-bedroom with two fireplaces and lots of built-in shelving—is $899,000. Among the many guesses, it was Views4Dayz who came up with that exact amount.

As for the layout and design of this co-op, some people liked it, others not so much. A few folks noted that the home was okay as-is but could be enhanced with a few minor upgrades and then there was Adrastos C, who wrote “I hate it” before proceeding to explain why. Another concern that was pointed out was the size of the second bedroom, though Trilby16 noted that it could “make a dandy dressing room.”

The co-op is located within a three-story townhouse on Dean Street, between Nevins and Bond Streets. The Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center transit hub is about an eight-minute walk away.
