What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Sunnyside

Square Footage: 750

Maintenance/Common Charges: $702

Since this apartment is in Sunnyside, which doesn’t typically get a ton of attention, we’ll give a few hints about the location for this open-concept one-bedroom apartment. The co-op is about five blocks away from the Calvary Cemetery and the 7 line’s 46 Street-Bliss Street station is less than a five-minute walk away.

The listing description calls this abode a 1.5-bedroom, though we’d make the case that it’s a true one-bedroom with a second room that could become a storage room, or perhaps a home office. The co-op has received a full renovation that resulted in a new open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wooden countertops; a room with built-in wardrobe closets and sliding barn doors; and a subway-tiled, windowed bathroom.

There are at least five closets throughout, along with built-ins, that provide plenty of storage space. Monthly maintenance is $702.

All that said, how much do you think this place is going for?
