This week’s Pricespotter apartment—a fully renovated co-op in Sunnyside, Queens— is asking $429,000 and kudos to ismellsnow for guessing that amount.
Feedback was pretty positive for this apartment, with the standard one or two suggestions for improvements. “It isn’t a bad apartment, certainly livable,” said Adrastos C, “but it needs to get rid of the nursery, plus the barn doors look terrible.” Eulipian called the place “efficient and livable, all things considered” before coming in with an awfully close guess of $427,000 for the asking price.
For the location, the seven-story building that hosts this co-op is at 47-57 45th Street. The area is pretty low-key and is populated with several other small-scale co-op buildings. As previously noted, the 7 line’s 46 Street-Bliss Street station is less than a five-minute walk away.
