This week’s Pricespotter apartment—a light-filled studio co-op in Murray Hill—is asking $425,000. No one managed to come up with that precise amount, though Eulipian was the closest with a guess of $427,000.
Opinions on the apartment varied, with some folks finding it to be a decent apartment, while others weren’t impressed. “Needs a new kitchen & bathroom (and perhaps new flooring). Still, a view of the Chrysler Building is an attractive feature,” said easternwestern. On the other hand, Adrastos C disliked virtually everything about the place, with the exception of the windows.
As for the location, the apartment is within a 21-story co-op building at 225 East 36th Street. The 6 line’s 33rd Street station is about a 10-minute walk away.
