A 3,466-square-foot condo within Midtown’s One57 tower has returned to the market just a little over two years after it last sold. The four-bedroom, 4.5 bath home last unloaded for $19 million in December 2015 but this time around, it’s hoping to find a buyer willing to drop a hefty $22 million.
The sweeping abode resides on the 51st floor of the building and has had a few stints on the market since it first debuted back in April 2015. According to StreetEasy, the apartment has been on the market at least three times with prices fluctuating between $20.37 million and $19 million.

The condo boasts much of the same trimmings that other One57 pads offer: there are floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, bold columns, oak flooring throughout, a sleek eat-in kitchen, and marble-decked bathrooms— all helmed by designer Thomas Juul-Hansen.
The living room, or the “grand salon,” as the listing description calls it, overlooks Central Park and gives stunning views of the city’s skyline. There’s also some decent views from each of the bedrooms as well as from the spa-like bathrooms.
