Let’s start with the location of this bright co-op first: It’s on the Upper East Side, though you could argue that it’s also known as Lenox Hill. It’s a pretty far trek from most subway lines, though one of our favorite modes of transport isn’t too far away.

The apartment itself is pretty spacious, with enough space for a dining room table in the large, open common space. The kitchen and bathroom have both been recently renovated, and there’s a good amount of closet space. The bathroom is also big and bright.
