One of the unique features of Rafael Viñoly’s Nomad is a set of loggias on the upper floors of the building. Each of these 20-foot-tall outdoor spaces are attached to an apartment, and there are a total of just four in the building. Developers Lendlease and the Victor Group have now launched sales on these Loggia Residences with the apartments asking from $9.2 million.
At present, only one of those apartments—a unit on the 46th floor—has appeared on the market. This condo measures 2,333 square feet with the loggia measuring 206 square feet. The half-floor apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large living room with ceiling heights that correspond to the loggia’s height.

In addition to the unit on the 46th floor, there will be loggia residences on floors 48, 50, and 52 as well. Sales on the 55-story condo launched in September last year with apartments asking from just under $2 million. The building has a total of 130 apartments, and prices on the ones currently available (aside from the loggia condo) range from $1.925 million and go up to $5.58 million, according to StreetEasy.
Last month, we got a first look at the swank amenities the building will have to offer when construction wraps at the end of this year.
