A new condo development has taken shape in Prospect Park South, replacing a small single-family home at 26 East 19th Street with a seven-story building with 26 apartments, developed by The Midwood Group.

Sales have launched on a few of the condos, and though the building doesn’t have its own website yet, listings can be found on both Corcoran’s website and StreetEasy. There are currently nine condos on the market, all of them two-bedrooms that vary in size, ranging from 652 square feet to 969 square feet with prices that go from $555,000 to $975,000.

The light and airy apartments have been given sleek finishes that include contemporary kitchens with subway tile backsplashes and lacquered cabinetry; wide-plank oak floors, and oversized windows that bring in loads of natural light. Most of the units have at least 1.5 bathrooms, with the two penthouse units offering 2.5 baths, and nearly all of the homes have private outdoor space. The apartments also come equipped with a washer/dryer hookup if you’d like to have your own little in-home laundry center, as well as custom light fixtures throughout.

The building has a pretty decent amenity package that includes a resident’s lounge, fitness center, bike storage, rooftop lounge, screening room, and individual storage cages for every apartment.
