Without revealing too much about the location for this one-bedroom apartment in Chelsea, we will say that it’s located about a block and a half away from the High Line and really close to three subway lines.

As for the space, there is an open living/dining room and kitchen that allows for it to feel extra roomy. The living area features a grey brick wall, two large windows, and a wood-burning fireplace while the sizable kitchen boasts lots of cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

The bedroom also features exposed brick and one window that brings in a fair amount of natural light. There are three closets throughout and the bathroom has been fully renovated.
