Glee star Matthew Morrison and his wife Renee Morrison are looking to sell their Chelsea condo on West 28th Street, half a block away from the High Line. Located on the 10th floor of a 13-story condo building, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit measures 1,245 square feet and offers up views of the World Trade Center, and the Hudson River.
Morrison and his wife picked up the Chelsea pad about three-and-a-half-years ago for $2.25 million, and now they’ve upped the ask just a little to $2.495 million.
Some of the standout features of the apartment (aside from the views of course!) include the high ceilings, the wide plank white oak floors, the large windows, and the swanky kitchen that’s been fitted with appliances like a Bertazzoni gas range and a Subzero fridge.
Residents in the building also have access to amenities like a fitness center, a rooftop terrace with barbecue facilities, a 24-hour attended lobby, and a live-in super.

After his starring turn as Will Shuester on Glee, Morrison worked on a number of other TV shows, and films, but his most notable recent work has been starring in the Broadway production of Finding Neverland as J.M. Barrie.
His Chelsea condo is being sold by Douglas Elliman’s Matthew Mackay and Benjamin Dixon.
