The 19-story building will bring 111 condos to the neighborhood

Via Whitehall Interiors

Five months after sales got underway on Toll Brothers City Living’s swanky Tribeca condo, the developers have now unveiled a sales gallery for the project located just a few steps away at 75 Leonard Street.

The sales gallery features interiors designed by Whitehall Interiors, the same firm that’s doing the interiors for the condo building (except for the lobby, which was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill). The sales gallery is set up to represent a typical two-bedroom home in the condo building.

Whitehall Interiors were inspired by Tribeca’s warehouses in their design, and as a result, the condos at 91 Leonard will come fitted with whitewashed oak floors, tall ceilings, and nearly floor- to-ceiling windows, which can all be seen in the sales gallery.

Other finishes that can be seen in the sales gallery include the onyx feature walls in the powder room, and the blackened steel backsplashes in the kitchen.

When complete, the 19-story 91 Leonard, which was designed by SOM and Hill West Architects, will have a total of 111 apartments that come in studios through four-bedrooms. Dozens of apartments here are already in contract, according to StreetEasy, and among the ones available, prices range from $1.21 million to $10.49 million.

Move-ins at 91 Leonard are expected to begin in April 2019.
