Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Though this apartment might seem a tad narrow, the large windows and the massive ceiling height really lend it an air of spaciousness. The ceiling height here measures 20 feet, according to the brokerbabble and both the living room and bedroom benefit from it.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit measures just under 700 square feet, and comes with a balcony that looks out onto Herkimer Street, and is spacious enough to fit a small table for two.

The apartment also features a lofted area that’s being used as a storage space/lounge by the current owner of the house, but it could also work as a potential second bedroom, according to the brokerbabble.

The condo opens up into the main living space with the kitchen to the left; that space is fitted with several sleek stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and caesarstone countertops. The bedroom is parallel to the living room.

One of the few downsides perhaps is the bathroom being located right next to the kitchen, as opposed to being attached to the bedroom. But aside from that it’s a pretty neat space overall, and it’s on the market for $689,000.
