The apartment has a really lovely kitchen with tons of storage space

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Located in a building that’s just half a block away from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, this two-bedroom co-op is now on the market for $975,000. The kitchen is certainly one of the standout spaces in this unit; it has a good amount of counter space, gets a decent amount of light from the window, has tons of shelves and storage, and a dishwasher.

The master bedroom is another highlight of this apartment thanks to its lovely hardwood flooring, access to a walk-in closet, and a good amount of light from its two windows. Overall, the tall ceilings heights are also a plus in this apartment.

On the downside, the second bedroom feels a bit cramped, so it’s probably only ideal as a kids room. Aside from that, residents in the elevator building have access to a live-in super, laundry, and bike storage.
