Big reveal: $975K for a a cozy Carroll Gardens 2BR with skylights

While none of our commenters guessed the right price for this week’s Pricespotter, Someone98 came the closest with a guess of $950,000. Many of our commenters said they weren’t too familiar with the neighborhood, and as a result many guessed on the lower side with a large number of guesses falling between the $800K-$900K range.

First let’s talk about some of the things our commenters liked about the apartment; some praised the renovated kitchen, others complimented the overall feel of the apartment, and said that the fact that it had a washer and dryer (even though it’s out in the hallway) was a plus.

What were the drawbacks they pointed out? There seemed to be somewhat of a consensus on the platform in the bathroom; many of commenters expressed concerns that it would be a tripping hazard. Some didn’t like the exposed brick pillars in the living room, and others still complained about the size of the second bedroom in the apartment.
