Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

A corner apartment in Prospect Heights has hit the market and though its price tag isn’t exactly affordable, at $895,000 it rings in under a million bucks, so that’s something.

Brokerbabble refers to the two-bedroom abode as “sun-drenched” and we’re inclined to agree. The spacious living room is highlighted by oversized windows, shiny hardwood floors, and an open dining room area while the nearby windowed kitchen has been revamped and now features white cabinetry paired with stainless steel appliances.

Both bedrooms receive a plethora of natural light and come with a modest closet for storage. The apartment also boasts a washer/dryer machine and though you don’t exactly get any private outdoor space, the building offers a common roof deck and Prospect Park is a short distance away.

Monthly maintenance goes for $1,198.
