The Katz’s Deli-adjacent condo on the Lower East Side has now almost entirely been fitted with its glazed brick facade, new construction site photos by EV Grieve reveal. The last time we checked in with the project, the Ben Shaoul-developed condo building had just topped out.

The 11-story building has a total of 94 apartments, sales on which launched in September 2016, with condos asking from just upwards of $1 million. Currently available condos at the building range from $985,000 for a studio, and go up to $5.875 million for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit, according to StreetEasy.

The building was designed by Ismael Levya with interiors by Incorporated Architecture & Design. When complete later this year, the building will have a two-story Equinox gym at on the second and third floors of the building. Other amenities here will include a rooftop terrace with cabana seating and two al fresco kitchens, private storage, and bicycle storage.
