HFZ Capital Group’s condo conversion in Tribeca is now showing off its über-swanky subterranean swimming pools. The three pools are each part of the three triplex townhouses that are part of the overall development located at 11 Beach Street.
The sleek swimming pools were designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, and are 50-feet long. Located on the lowest floors of these townhouses, the pools are illuminated by faux skylights in the ceiling, and are done up in floor-to-ceiling stone.
One of the three townhouses is currently on the market for $10.25 million. That townhouse measures 4,827 square feet and comes with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is fitted with Sub Zero and Miele appliances, among other features.

Overall, the 11 Beach Street redevelopment created 27 apartments, and currently available units range from $7.75 million to $22.5 million, according to StreetEasy.
The images of these subterranean pools are also accompanied by images of some of the development’s amenities including the fitness center, and children’s playroom. Residents in the townhouses will also have access to these amenities.
