What/Where: 1BR, 1.5BA in Bed-Stuy

Square Footage: 670

Maintenance/Common Charges: $408

Brokerbabble refers to this sunny Bed-Stuy apartment as a “luxury condo with old-world charm” and we’d say that’s a pretty accurate description. It’s a railroad style apartment, which means its much narrower than conventional floorplans, however, it’s still quite spacious.

There are plenty of original details throughout the apartment, including the original moldings, French doors, high ceilings, and a decorative fireplace in the living room. The open kitchen is been furnished with stainless steel appliances and wood cabinetry and there is a dining area that separates the living room from the kitchen.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a modest sized closet, large window, and an en-suite bathroom, complete with marble tiles. There is a washer/dryer machine on hand as well as two large closets in the hallway.

The nearest subway station is about four blocks away.

With all that said, how much do you think this place is asking?
