Two years after first listing it for sale, restaurateur Keith McNally has finally managed to sell his stunning West Village townhouse, The Real Deal has learned. After originally asking just under $14 million, McNally took the home off the market for a while only to re-list it for the same price last year.
The Real Deal has now learned that the sale of the five-bedroom home closed for $10.3 million. The buyer is only listed as 105 West 11th LLC.
Prior to his attempts to sell the four-story townhouse, McNally was also looking to rent the home. In 2012, he listed the Greek Revival townhouse for $25,000/month, and in 2015 he was asking $18,950/month for the home.
McNally stayed firm on his sales ask over the past two years, and the house now finally has a new owner. Some of the standout features of the home include a gorgeous kitchen (of course), several wood-burning fireplaces, and its reclaimed wood floors.
