The Upper West Side’s famed San Remo co-op is offering up a full-floor apartment with sweeping views of Central Park for $17.5 million. The apartment measures 3,100 square feet and comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The apartment opens up, through a private elevator landing, into the foyer. The wood-paneled library sits right in front, and has its own bathroom, and lovely pocket doors. The corner living room has stunning views of the park, as is evidenced by the listing’s photos, and the living room also connects to a large dining room.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the southeast corner of the apartment, and also has views of the park. It also has an ensuite bathroom and three closets.

The kitchen, and two other bedrooms take up the western portion of this home. The sleek kitchen benefits from having tons of windows, and a charming eat-in area. The kitchen also has two sinks and a vented stove.

Residents at the San Remo also have access to a fitness center, a recreation room, a bike room, and storage, but living here comes at a steep cost (of course) with monthly maintenance fees running at $10,250.

This particular co-op was previously owned by the former head of Dow Jones’s digital publications, Gordon McLeod, and his wife Melanie Grisanti, according to The Real Deal. They sold the apartment to investment banker Lawrence Slaughter in 2012 for $13.5 million.

In other real estate news at the San Remo, actress Demi Moore finally managed to sell her triplex penthouse at the building last year, and her ex-husband Bruce Willis also sold an apartment there early this year.
