The developers of Jersey City’s three-building residential project, Journal Squared, are bringing yet another luxury rental building to the neighborhood.

KRE Group is constructing a tower, named 485 Marin, that will be designed by HWKN Architects with interiors helmed by designer Christopher Stevens. The 18-story rental building is taking shape directly across from the Newport Centre shopping mall and will consists of retail space at its base and 397 apartments, ranging from studios priced from $2,350 per month to three-bedrooms for around $5,750 per month. A new teaser site for the development has just debuted, hinting that the project is on track to start launching in May, as anticipated.

There will be your typical set of luxe amenities in place that includes an attended lobby, fitness center, a private dining room, and a screening room. Residents will also get to enjoy a fifth-floor deck that’s complete with a swimming pool, grilling stations, and a lounge area. Additionally, there is bike storage, on-site parking, and access to the concierge app service, Hello Alfred.
