What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in the West Village
Square Footage: n/a
Maintenance/Common Charges: $682
You’d never be without light in this West Village apartment: the one-bedroom co-op has two skylights, in the living room and in the bathroom, that make the space feel bright and airy. The living room is also pretty big, which helps; there’s also a wood-burning fireplace, adding to the whole charming feel of the place.
It’s not without its drawbacks—the kitchen is a bit antiquated, even if it does come with a dishwasher—and it is lacking in closet space. But it’s pretty cute and could be great for one person or a couple. In terms of location, it’s in the West Village’s western reaches, close to a beloved community amenity that will be especially lovely in a few week’s time. (That’s all we’re going to say.)
Knowing all that, how much do you think the space is asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
