A little over a month after sales launched at the ODA New York-designed condo across from MoMA PS1, the developers are now letting us into the building’s sales gallery. This art-filled space shows off many of the typical elements you might find in one of the apartments at the condo, which now goes by Galerie.
The kitchens for instance will have caesarstone countertops and backsplashes, custom cabinetry in white matte oak and white lacquer; the master bathrooms will have floor-to-ceiling marble-tiled finishes, a lacquer vanity with two sinks and a stone countertop, and two medicine cabinets with integrated lighting; Galerie will also use three different window types to show off a range of views from its apartments, and these are also on view at the sales office. The interiors here are designed by Paris Forino Interior Design.
Since sales launched at the condo, which is located at 22-18 Jackson Avenue, more than a dozen apartments have already gone into contract, according to StreetEasy. Of the ones available, prices range from $665,000 and go up to $1.875 million. Work on the Adam America Real Estate and Vanke US-developed building is expected to wrap sometime in the middle of next year.
