Pricespotter is Curbed’s pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!
What/Where: 1BR, 1BA in Bed-Stuy
Square Footage: 707
Maintenance/Common Charges: $475
This large, stylish apartment resides within a Karl Fischer-designed building and is both cute and practical. Its open-concept floorplan and high ceilings allow for an extra spacious feel and the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout bring in loads of sunlight.
The open kitchen doesn’t appear to offer a ton of cabinet space, however, it does come equipped with Fisher-Paykel appliances, a large breakfast bar, and a door that leads to the apartment’s laundry area where there is a Bosch washer/dryer on hand.
The light-filled bedroom also boasts huge windows that give view to Brooklyn’s skyline, along with a sizable walk-in closet. There are two smaller closets located throughout the apartment, giving a decent amount of storage space.
There is a private balcony accessed through the living room and the apartment comes with a deeded parking spot.
With all this in mind, how much do you think this condo is asking?
