What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on the Upper West Side
Square Footage: Approximately 450
Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,028.33 / month
Let’s start with what this Upper West Side co-op has going for it: It was recently renovated, and the new additions—in particular, the chic kitchen (with quartz countertops and custom cabinets)—are rather nice. There’s also plenty of pre-war charm, the bathroom has its original cast-iron tub, and the ceilings are nearly 10 feet high.
It is, however, small—there’s no square footage listed, but by our calculations, it comes in at a little over 450SF. (The building does have an elevator, along with a live-in super and laundry.) Location-wise, this place is on the Upper West Side’s northern end, and is just a few blocks in either direction from subway stops (including one express line).
Knowing all that—and seeing the photos and floorplan—how much do you think this is asking?
