Six months after Renzo Piano Building Workshop’s dual-tower Soho condo topped out, the 30-story building is now fully clad in its glass facade, construction site photos reveal.

Ever since construction got underway in earnest last spring, work has progressed quickly at the site. In May 2017, the structure first surfaced above ground. Just three months later, the building was halfway to the top, and a few months after that it became clear that facade work was also well underway at the building.

Sales at the condo building launched in September 2016 with apartments asking from just under $1 million. Dozens of apartments here are already in contract, but of the ones currently available, prices range from $2.075 million to $14.5 million, according to StreetEasy.

The building has a total of 115 apartments that range in size from studios through four-bedrooms, and there’s also 17,000 square feet of amenities. These amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and an interior landscaped lounge with a 92-foot-high ceiling, and and a green wall.

Interiors at the building were designed by Rena Dumas Architecture Interieure (RDAI), and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing.
