ODA New York’s jagged-donut shaped rental building in Bushwick is launching the affordable lottery for 100 of its units. The seven-story building offers a total of 392 apartments that range from studios through two-bedrooms.
There are 32 affordable studios that rent for $913/month, 54 one-bedrooms that go for $980/month, and 14 two-bedrooms each priced for $1,183/month. Individuals and families earning between $33,189 through $62,580, depending on the household and apartment size, are eligible to try their luck for one of the units.
Residents of the affordable units will get to enjoy a few of the building’s amenities that include a laundry room, package room, and a mail room. For an additional charge, they can also gain access to the fitness center, children’s playroom, climbing wall, sauna. screening room, yoga/dance studio, interior courtyard, and the rooftop garden that comes complete with grilling stations.
Applications are being accepted between April 17 and June 18.
