Pricespotter is Curbed’s pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!
What/Where: Studio in the East Village
Square Footage: N/A
Maintenance/Common Charges: $980/month
This co-op is located on St. Marks Place right next to First Avenue and is part of a four-story building. The tiny studio is located on the second floor of the building and has a private patio that measures 110 square feet, according to the broker on the listing.
The apartment has a 10-foot-tall ceiling, two closets, an exposed brick wall in the main living/sleeping area, and a windowed-kitchen that looks out on to the private terrace. The bathroom is right next to the kitchen, but the listing doesn’t have photos for it so we’re not really sure of its condition.
Residents in the pre-war East Village building (it’s a walk-up!) have access to laundry in the building, and additional storage in the basement. How much do you think this place is asking?
