Ditmas Park delivers yet again

Corcoran.

Another Ditmas Park beauty has made it way to the market, with brokerbabble dubbing this abode “one of the most beautiful homes this enchanting neighborhood has to offer.” That is a bold statement, given the plethora of stunning homes that reside on any given block in Ditmas Park but we can’t say we disagree.

Beyond the manicured front lawn and its beautiful facade, you’ll find six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and three half baths accompanied by a mix of contemporary and classic details along with many vibrant finishes. On the first floor, a yellow-painted foyer with white wainscoting leads to two living rooms (one on either side) as well as the huge chef’s kitchen that is bedecked in white-and-aqua striped ceilings, checkered floors, and a ton of white cabinetry. There is also a sun porch up front, a sun-soaked dining room, and a rear porch that leads out to the backyard.

The second floor is where the bulk of the bedrooms are located: there are four on hand, two full bathrooms, and one half bath. Meanwhile, the third level gives way to a spacious dressing room, storage space, another full bath, and two more bedrooms. The basement is home to the laundry room, more storage space, and a rec room.

The details scattered throughout this wonderful space range from inlaid wood floors, stained glass, bay windows, intricate millwork, original built-ins, custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances, marble flourishes, and plenty of outdoor space. Asking price is $2.995 million.
