What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Windsor Terrace

Square Footage: n/a

Maintenance/Common Charges: $627

A dated Windsor Terrace co-op got a modern upgrade where subway tile is king, and now the one-bedroom apartment is looking for a new owner. Its recent renovation opened the kitchen to the living room giving the apartment a less prewar and more contemporary open-layout feel.

The kitchen was refinished with black granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, an eye-catching brass faucet, and soft-close drawers. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher were also added to the kitchen. The bathroom has also recently been upgraded with white subway tile, a new vanity, and a rain shower head.

The large bedroom is big enough to fit a king-sized bed and has three closets, a generous amount by prewar standards.

Knowing all that, how much do you think this apartment is asking? Leave your guess in the comments after perusing the images below, and we’ll reveal its asking price (and crown a winner) tomorrow.
