Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Part of a 12-unit co-op on Beverly Road, this spacious three-bedroom apartment in Ditmas Park is now on the market for $615,000. The apartment opens up into a passageway that connects all three bedrooms and then eventually leads to the living/dining area, and the kitchen, at the end.

This main living area benefits from three large windows, and the additional window in the kitchen. The latter space features a breakfast bar that can comfortably seat four, maple cabinetry, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances including a range, microwave, and dishwasher.

Unfortunately, the apartment only has one bathroom, but it was recently renovated, and has a window, so it has that going in its favor. Considering this is a three-bedroom, the rooms are all decently sized though the two smaller rooms appear to be more suitable as kids rooms.

Overall the apartment has tall ceiling heights, nice hardwood floors, and a washer/dryer in-unit. Residents in the building also have access to bicycle storage in the basement and a common courtyard.
