Adam America Real Estate and ODA New York have been plenty busy in New York in the past few years; that team has no fewer than five collaborations in the works right now, including several projects in the Boerum Hill/Downtown Brooklyn area.
One of those projects, at 10 Nevins Street (with Slate Property Group as a co-developer), is gearing up for a sales launch sometime in the next few months; ahead of that, more details about the development, known as the Brooklyn Grove, have come out, along with a teaser website.
The building will have entrances on both Nevins Street and Grove Place in Downtown Brooklyn, with 184 condos spread out across its 27 stories. The units will be a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, with apartments beginning at $590,000 and topping out at north of $2.5 million.
ODA is responsible for the interiors, while Steven B. Jacobs is the architect of record. The building will have a muted color palette, with dark gray brick on the exterior, and natural materials—wood, marble—within. There will also be a unique, dual-level amenities space with aquatic, fitness, and entertaining perks.

Apartments are expected to hit the market sometime this summer, with the Aguayo Team Halstead Property Development Marketing handling sales.
