Pricespotter is Curbed’s pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!
What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Soho
Square Footage: n/a
Maintenance/Common Charges: $915
Let’s start with the pros of this Manhattan apartment, located right on the cusp of the border of Greenwich Village and Soho: It’s a true one-bedroom, and the place has gotten some nice upgrades—particularly in the bedroom, where custom built-ins provide plenty of space. It has large windows (lots of light!) and exposed brick lends a bit of vintage-NYC-apartment charm.
Now, the cons: The kitchen is tiny, and there’s a mini-fridge situation happening that’s not ideal. The listing also says the place is “well worth the walk up”—it’s a six-story building—which suggests this is on a high floor.
Location-wise, it’s a short walk from several local trains; the West Fourth Street hub is nearby, too. Knowing all that, how much do you think the place is asking?
