Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,401

Within a prewar Art Deco building is this light-filled corner one-bedroom, featuring a practical layout and plenty of natural light.

The living room is simple, with just hardwood floors, two large windows, and the option to use a portion of the space as a dining area. After a renovation, the windowed kitchen boasts white cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a small eat-in nook. There are nine-foot-high ceilings and multiple exposures, allowing the place to appear even larger.

The king-sized bedroom is equipped with two custom closets, while the windowed bathroom features its original cast iron tub, along with classic white-and-black floor and wall tiles. There are four decent-sized closets that provide plenty of storage space.

With that said, how much do you think this apartment is asking? Sound off below.
