Located on East 4th Street between First and Second avenues, the apartment resides on the fifth floor on an elevator building and appears to be quite spacious by NYC apartment standards. Svetlana_NYC gave the place a seal of approval, writing “Overall, this is a nice space and I would open up the kitchen to make the living area more spacious.
