For the past few years, developer ABC Properties has undertaken an extensive renovation of three 20-story residential buildings located next to the Hudson River waterfront in Riverdale, in the Bronx. Now the first of those revamped residences are being offered up for sale starting from $280,600.

The buildings at Skyview Riverdale, as this development is known, are nestled amid 23 acres of landscaped outdoor space and amenities. These include a 101-foot-long (!!!) swimming pool, which is larger than an Olympic-size pool; multiple tennis courts and basketball courts; a playground; a dog park; a café; and a fitness center that’s equipped for yoga, zumba, and Pilates.

Upgrades to the apartments here—which come in studios through four-bedroom variants—include wide-plank flooring, polished quartz countertops in the kitchen, a host of stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, and porcelain-clad bathrooms that have standing showers, and a separate soaking tub.

Apartments here vary in size from 500 square feet to 1,580 square feet, and some units come with private outdoor space. Six apartments are currently available on the development’s website with prices ranging from $304,750 for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit to $742,900 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Many more apartments are expected to come online in the next few months.

Residents in the three buildings—at 5700, 5800, and 5900 Arlington Avenue—also have separate supers in each building, 24-hour attended lobbies, reserved parking, and a shuttle to the Riverdale Metro-North station. Halstead Real Estate is handling sales and marketing at the building.
