What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Midtown

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,428

Without giving too much away, we will say that this cozy one-bedroom abode is located within a landmarked building along Billionaire’s Row and resides on the first floor. It also boast ties to a certain TV personality.

Per the listing description, there is a weird quirk where the lobby doubles as the hallway for the apartment. The square footage isn’t listed, but judging from the floorplan, the apartment is on the compact side, though it appears to manage its space well.

The living room features relatively high ceilings and two large windows; there is a tiny kitchen behind two mirrored French doors, the bedroom includes an en-suite subway-tiled bath (which also means that your guest must pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom), and a decent amount of closet space.

With that said, how much do you think this co-op is going for? Drop your guess in the comments below.
