New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, are making another attempt at unloading their full-floor apartment within Flatiron District’s One Madison condo building.
The New York Post reports that the power couple have switched broker firms and relisted the four-bedroom abode, located on the building’s 48th floor, for $13.95 million. The pair purchased the apartment back in 2014 for $11.7 million and in 2016, it was listed for $17.25 million.
The apartment encompasses more than 3,300 square feet of space and has been designed by architect Peter Marino. Its standout feature is the floor-to-ceiling windows that line the walls, giving stunning view to the Empire State Building and Manhattan’s skyline.
In 2016, the couple purchased a five-bedroom condo at Robert A.M. Stern’s Tribeca condo, 70 Vestry, paying somewhere around $20 million for the abode before reportedly deciding to upgrade to a more expensive unit within the building in April 2017.
Editor’s Note: This article has been updated with correct information. A previous version incorrectly stated that the 48th-floor unit was once offered as a rental. Curbed regrets the error.
