It’s not everyday that an apartment becomes available on the Upper West Side’s hidden Pomander Walk, let alone an entire house. But, today is that day! No.8 Pomander Walk, in the Tudor-style enclave is now on the market for $2.3 million. No.8 is a two-story home and comes with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The Wall Street Journal first wrote about the sales listing.

Though the house may look like its part of an English village on the outside, it is thoroughly modern on the inside. The lower level of the house features the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. The kitchen comes fitted with some swanky stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, a large, marble kitchen island, tons of wooden cabinetry, and granite counters. There’s enough space to fit a six seat dining table next to the kitchen, based on the listing’s photos.

All three bedrooms in the house are located on the upper level. The master bedroom faces out on to the street and comes with two closets. Two smaller bedrooms are located on the opposite end. This same house was last on the market in April 2016, and even then it was asking the same amount. Pomander Walk is a co-op complex comprised of 27 buildings and is located between Broadway and West End Avenue and West 94th and 95th Streets.
