5 open houses to check out in Bushwick this weekend

All of them are asking under seven figures

Welcome to the weekly Open House Tour, because who doesn’t love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we’re looking at what’s on the market in Bushwick.

Corcoran.

↑First up is this sleek 1.5-bedroom condo that wants $725,000. The unit is one of just 18 within a boutique building and features high ceilings, a large living room with oversized windows, an open kitchen, a washer/dryer machine, and a balcony. An extra $20,000 can get you a deeded parking space and deeded storage is presented as an option as well (for a fee, of course). Common charges are set at $475/month. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, July 15 (12 p.m. to 1 p.m.)

↑$490,000 can buy you this contemporary one-bedroom, complete with custom oak floors, a small but stylish kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a washer/dryer. From the floorplan, the bedroom appears to have a sizable closet for storage, though there doesn’t appear to be a lot of other storage spaces throughout. Common charges here will run you $345/month. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, July 15 (1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)

↑This 1,040 -square-foot condo on Wilson Avenue just squeezes under the seven-figure mark, asking $999,000. There’s a bit of a funky layout in place here (check out the floorplan), but the apartment is floor-through and its basics include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, a laundry room, at least five closets, and a balcony.

When: Sunday, July 15 (1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.)

↑Another two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is up for grabs, this one going for the slightly cheaper price of $945,000. Spanning 1,061 square feet, the apartment exudes an overall tranquil vibe and its standout features are the wood-framed windows, white oak floors, custom cabinetry, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and the abundance of natural light. There’s a decent amount of storage space on hand, as well as a washer/dryer for convenience. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, July 15 (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

↑And finally, a one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom duplex encompassing 1,070 square feet is asking $595,000. The space is split between a lower level that serves as a recreation room with a powder room, while the top level gives way to the kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, full bath, and a washer/dryer. Its design leans more toward the minimalist approach, however, there are some nice touches like the prewired sound system and dim-able recessed lighting throughout. [Floorplan]
