Tribeca’s celebrity-magnet condo, 443 Greenwich Street, has just unveiled a sprawling, three-level penthouse rental that’s currently on the market for $60,000/month. The apartment measures 5,000 square feet and comes with four bedrooms, and four full bathrooms. In addition, there’s 1,000 square feet of outdoor space on the top floor of the triplex.

Through a private elevator entrance, the apartment opens on to the lowest level of the condo, which features the unit’s living and dining rooms, and the kitchen. The living room features a double height ceiling, seven south-facing windows, a marble-encased fireplace, and reclaimed wood beams.

The kitchen is one of the standout features of the apartment and comes with a massive kitchen island with a two-inch slab of Calacatta marble on it; a six-burner Wolf range with an in-built grill section and a pot filler; a convection microwave; two dishwashers, a wine refrigerator; and an in-built Miele coffee machine.

The master bedroom here is located on the second floor, and comes with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite marble-clad bathroom. The latter comes fitted with a freestanding tub, a glass-enclosed steam shower, a stone bench, and radiant heated floors.

On the top floor is a game room that comes with sliding glass walls that lead to the spacious private terrace of the penthouse. The terrace has a separate kitchen with a barbecue grill, sink, and fridge; and there’s also a built-in garden.

Residents at 443 Greenwich—which includes the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal, Meg Ryan, and Justin Timberlake—have access to a host of amenities including a fitness center with private yoga studios, an indoor swimming pool with Turkish baths, and valet parking for all residents of the building. The penthouse is being marketed by Tal Alexander, Oren Alexander and Jared Schwadron of Douglas Elliman.
