Located just a block away from the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park, this adorable one-bedroom in Prospect Heights is now on the market for $440,000. That’s a pretty good deal considering the median sales price in the neighborhood sits at just above $1 million, according to Trulia.

Granted this unit is on the smaller side, it makes up for the lack of space thanks to its recent renovation. The apartment now has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances like a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove.
