Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Located just a block away from the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park, this adorable one-bedroom in Prospect Heights is now on the market for $440,000. That’s a pretty good deal considering the median sales price in the neighborhood sits at just above $1 million, according to Trulia.

Granted this unit is on the smaller side, it makes up for the lack of space thanks to its recent renovation. The apartment now has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances like a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove.

The hardwood oak floors were restored as were the ceiling medallions, the latter of which have been fitted with new light fixtures. The apartment also has large windows and high ceilings, and the unit’s only bathroom is done up in marble.

Residents in the building also have access to laundry and bike storage.
