Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Located on the fourth floor of a six-story co-op building in Kensington, this charming and light-filled co-op is now on the market for $550,000. The one-bedroom can be converted into a two-bedroom by divided the existing bedroom into two, according to the broker on the property.

The apartment opens up into a foyer which has two closets; the current owner has set it up as an entrance seating area. The foyer opens up into the spacious living room and the open-plan kitchen. The latter recently underwent a complete renovation and now comes fitted with a new gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a deep sink.

The bedroom here can comfortably fit a king size bed, though the only drawback here is that the room doesn’t have a built-in closet. The adjacent bathroom is pretty large, done up in tile, and has a window, which is always a plus.

Residents in the building have access to a shared backyard with seating, a laundry room, and bike storage.
