Nearly a year after sales got underway at 277 Fifth, the Nomad condo designed by 432 Park Avenue architect Rafael Viñoly, developers Lendlease and the Victor Group are now offering a look at one of the building’s full-floor penthouses. The unit, penthouse 54, just listed with Corcoran for $24 million.

The penthouse is located on the 54th floor of the 55-story building, and has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread out over 4,520 square feet of space. A private elevator landing leads to an entrance gallery with the bedrooms on one side of the home, and the living and dining spaces on the other side.

The massive living/dining room measures 53 feet by 21 feet and offers access to the apartment’s 75-foot long private loggia—these appear as some of the cutouts on the exterior of the building in previously published renderings of the structure. In addition to outdoor seating, the loggia also has an outdoor spa, which sits in front of the master bedroom. The master suite has its own dressing room and windowed bath.

A windowed eat-in kitchen separates the master bedroom from the great room, and offers up views of the Empire State building. Penthouse 54 is just one of two penthouses at 277 Fifth Avenue. Residents at the condo also have access to a host of amenities spread out over two levels. Just some of them include a fitness center, an entertainment lounge, and a children’s playroom.

The 55-story tower topped out in March this year at 663 feet; construction is still on track to wrap by year’s end.
