A little over a year after the project was first announced, sales are now underway on Adam America Real Estate and Slate Property Group’s 27-story condo at 10 Nevins Street, in Downtown Brooklyn.
The Brooklyn Grove, as this project is officially known, has a total of 184 apartments that come in studios through three-bedroom variants with prices starting from $575,000. Apartments here range in size from 408 square feet for the smallest available studio to three-bedrooms that measure 1,582 square feet.
For the interiors here, the development team roped in Oda New York. Kitchens in the apartments here will have rift oak cabinetry with antique brass hardware, Caesarstone countertops and an island, Brazilian quartzite tile backsplash, and an appliance package by Bosch; the master baths here will have marble-tile walls and porcelain-tile flooring, glass-enclosed showers in the two and three-bedroom homes, polished nickel fixtures, and marble countertops.
The Brooklyn Grove will also have a host of amenities, the renderings for which we’re getting to see for the first time today. These include a 40-foot long indoor swimming pool that’s illuminated by a skylight; a residents lounge with 22-foot-tall ceilings, a fireplace surrounded by marble, along with a pool table and a screening area; a private dining room with a kitchen; a children’s playroom; a rooftop lounge with barbecue grills and a pergola; and a fitness center among others.
The glazed brick-clad structure topped out earlier this month, and construction is expected to wrap sometime in the spring of 2019. Sales and marketing at the condo are being handled by the Aguayo Team at Halstead Property Development Marketing.
