It’s the last maisonette in the building to hit the market

It’s been over three years now since the first residences of Pacific Park’s 550 Vanderbilt went up for sale, and the project is only now showing signs of relenting on unveiling new beautiful and pricey abodes. The most recent of those is the building’s last maisonette that hit the market today for a cool $4.5 million.

The three-bedroom maisonette, which is being called TH1, covers 3,200 interior square feet with 375 square feet of exterior space that wraps around the bottom floor’s living area.

The space takes on a contemporary feel with wide-plank white washed oak floors, ten-foot ceilings, and an open layout with high-end finishes to boot. The open kitchen features custom grey lacquer cabinetry, Carrara marble countertops and backsplash, and Miele appliances.

Those same clean finishes appear in the maisonette’s three and a half bathrooms, which includes a main floor powder room and a spacious en suite master bathroom.

The maisonette comes with access to the suite of amenities on offer at 550 Vanderbilt, including a library stocked by McNally Jackson, a gym outfitted by The Wright Fit, and a rooftop terrace with communal gardens.

Despite its high price tag, TH1 isn’t the spendiest unit currently for sale in the building. A four-bedroom, four and a half bathroom penthouse with slightly less square footage than TH1 has been on the market for $6.8 million for a little over a year.
