The 20-story condo will bring just 29 new apartments to the Upper East Side

Via the Lightstone Group

Just a few months after sales launched at the Deborah Berke Partners-designed Upper East Side condo at 40 East End Avenue, we now have our first look inside the project’s sales office. Here you can peek at some of the notable features of the apartments and the building that the developer, the Lightstone Group, revealed a few months ago.

Among those features are the large casement-style windows that can be seen in the living room of the sales office, white oak herringbone-patterned hardwood floors, marble slabs that come from Tuscany, Italy that can be seen in the kitchen, and lacquer painted cabinets, also in the kitchen. The sales gallery also offers looks at the luxurious marble-clad master baths in the apartment, a secondary bath, and a powder room.

At the entrance to the sales office, we also get a sense of what the double height lounge next to the lobby will like; next to that, there’s also a model of the 20-story condo building that shows off the structure’s charcoal and gray brick exterior.

Deborah Berke Partners are co-designing the condo with Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects. The building will bring just 29 apartments to the neighborhood, and these units are on the market for anywhere between $3 million to $25 million. Construction is expected to wrap sometime next year.
