What/Where: studio, 1BA condop in Turtle Bay
Square Footage: n/a
Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,300
In Midtown East, this railroad-style studio has made its way to the market. Situated on the 15th floor of a 27-story building, the condop has been given thoughtful details that help it to feel larger.
There are beamed ceilings that soar more than 11 feet high and a sizable living room with seven-foot windows. The kitchen is small and slightly dated but is in good shape overall and offers plenty of cabinet space. Two closets sit across from the kitchen and provide a fair amount of storage space.
The real perk of this apartment is the private terrace that enjoys views of the neighborhood. The building offers some nice amenities as well, including a 24-hour doorman, bike storage, multiple laundry rooms, and a roof deck.
With that said, how much do you think this place is asking? Leave your guess in the comments below.
