Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This one-bedroom “Soho-style loft” in Windsor Terrace hardly qualifies as a six-digit-listing, with its $999,999 asking price, but stacked up to similarly priced listings, this one seems to offer bang for your buck and its location—less than a block away from Prospect Park—isn’t bad at all. Let’s take a closer look.

The condo is spread over three levels and is connected by way of a wooden staircase. The first floor is where much of the action is happening and includes a spacious living/dining room, a wood-burning fireplace, ceilings that soar more than 10 feet high, a wall of oversized windows, a small kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry; one of the apartment’s two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and an electric skylight.

The second level is home to the master bedroom, a huge walk-in closet, and a skylit bathroom, while the third level gives way to an expansive private roof deck that offers plenty of room for entertaining. Other perks here include central heat/air conditioning, video intercom, and gated parking.

The nearest subway station is the F and the G line’s Prospect Park-15 Street station, which is about a five-minute walk away. Common charges go for $500 a month.
